Elephant House Tour

Take a guided tour of our elephant facilities and enjoy behind the scenes access with our elephant experts!

Please note: There will be no interaction with our Asian elephants.

By buying this gift, not only will it be an experience to remember but you will also be contributing to our conservation work both here and around the world helping to save wildlife from extinction!

Terms and conditions:

  • Your tour includes zoo admission for participants. 
  • Maximum of 4 guests per tour. (Family rate available for a group booking of up to 5. Please email experiences@chesterzoo.org to find out more)
  • Suitable for ages 8+. All children must be accompanied by a participating adult.
  • Accessible to guests with additional requirements but please contact us to discuss before booking.
  • A minimum of 30 minutes spent with the elephant keeper.
  • Please arrive at Adventure HQ 30 minutes before the start time of your tour.
  • Wellies will be provided.
