A few terms and conditions:

• Once the booking has been made, it cannot be rescheduled and is non-refundable.
• We will keep a record of your details to contact you in the case of an emergency.
• You must complete the health and emergencies information for your child(ren). Failure to provide this information may result in removal from the programme.
• This activity is for Primary school years 1-3. Children should be booked into the school year group they are currently in. The school year runs from 1 September – 31 August.
• While attending the sessions, children will be supervised by at least two Conservation Education staff.
• Chester Zoo reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the zoo should they behave in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.
• Chester Zoo reserves the right to alter or cancel the club if absolutely necessary. If this happens, we will give as much notice as possible, however this cannot always be guaranteed. We cannot cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs if the scheduled date is cancelled.
• All activities will be taking place within zoo grounds (inc the nature reserve).
• Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality, and health and safety, this cannot always be achieved. Please contact Chester Zoo for advice.
• Chester Zoo reserves the right to cancel your placement if you drop off or collect the children more than 10 minutes after the allocated time.
