Santa Experience

Create extra special memories this Christmas!

Take a trail through the zoo to help Santa this Christmas and become an honorary Elf. Meet his head elves for a Christmas cookie before meeting the big man himself.

Santa's elves can't wait to welcome you to our Christmas themed grotto where each child will get a personal meet and greet, PLUS, special gift from Santa, all the way from the North Pole!

The below prices include day admission to the zoo:

Adult: £35
Child: £48
Infant (1-2 years): £20
Under 12 months: FREE

Exclusive discounted prices for our members (a valid membership card must be shown in addition to the member event ticket for each person attending):

A few Terms and Conditions:

Tickets will allow entry to the zoo during our usual opening times. You can complete the trail at any time during the day.
This event is running from 1 Dec - 19 Dec, between the times of 10.15am - 3.45pm.
Please be at the Oakfield Entrance at the start of your timeslot. A late arrival could result in you being unable to take part.
Tickets are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable.
All Member event guests MUST have a valid membership card.
An infant ticket is children aged 1 to 2 years
A Child ticket is children aged 3 to 17 years
All children with an infant or child ticket will receive a gift from Santa Claus valued at £18.95.
