Please note, if you purchased tickets using the 10% discount for zoo members, you will be required to present a valid membership card on the date of your visit.

The transaction fee covers the costs producing your tickets. This fee can apply to tickets arranged for collection, and may also be applied to both print at home and e-tickets to cover the cost of deploying technology and/or staff to the venue site.
Child tickets are limited to children between 3 to 15 years. Children below the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
