Celebrate the season with a creative afternoon inspired by the beauty of nature. Join us at Chester Zoo for Christmas wreath making - where festive spirit meets the wild.

Time: 1pm - 4pm (inlcudes access to Chester Zoo from 10am).

Cost: £70 - Includes entry to the zoo, a welcome drink, festive nibbles, and your own wreath to take home.

1. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
All payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Chester Zoo.

2. Event Details

All materials and tools for the wreath making workshop are provided.
The event will begin promptly at the stated start time. Guests are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
The workshop will take place indoors at The Square, Chester Zoo.

3. Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Chester Zoo must cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to a rescheduled date.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.

4. Health & Safety

Guests must follow all instructions from Chester Zoo staff and the workshop facilitator during the session.
Some materials may contain natural foliage, wire, or sharp tools. Participants take part at their own risk.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

5. Admission & Access

General admission to Chester Zoo is included from 10am on the day of your event.
Guests should arrive via the Private Events Entrance, using SAT NAV postcode CH2 1LH (Caughall Road).
Free parking is available on-site; standard Chester Zoo parking terms apply.
Please present your event confirmation email upon arrival for access.

6. Photography & Media

Chester Zoo may take photos or video during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

7. Liability

Chester Zoo accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and must inform staff of any allergies or conditions relevant to the activity.
