REDEEM A PREPAID TICKET

At the moment anyone with a pre purchased ticket (gift ticket, open dated ticket, adopter ticket) will need to let us know that they are visiting by booking online. This way we can strictly limit the number of people at the zoo each day and we’ll be able to keep you safe. Please don’t try to visit the zoo without a valid booking confirmation as we won’t be able to let you in. These bookings don’t cost you anything extra but please do bring your original ticket or booking confirmation with you as you’ll need this to get in to the zoo.

If you would like to visit with a pre-paid ticket please enter a valid ticket or booking confirmation number below.
Remember to select a ticket for each person in your group (even under 3s). If you have multiple pre-paid tickets you’ll need to redeem them one at a time.
If you are having any problems entering your ticket number(s) then contact guest.services@chesterzoo.org
If your ticket was due to expire whilst we’ve been closed then we’ve extended the expiry date so you can use it as normal.

I've got a Ticket

If you have a ticket for Chester Zoo, your ticket number will be on the back of the ticket, underneath the barcode. It will be 8 digits long and begin with a '1'

If you have a booking from an online order, your booking will have a QR code on it and your reference will be 8 digits long and begin with a '2'
